Job Description
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Business Requirements from User Departments
- Business-detailed process documentation for all key users
- Evaluate Testing and Training Materials
- First-level and second-level UAT
- Liaise with IT, Sales, GTM, and other departments on key deliverables
- Participate in key design decisions on DMS.
- DMS Improvement and Development Plans
- Deployments and Execution of DMS.
Required skills:
- Advanced Microsoft excel skill,
- Good communication skill,
- Quantitative/Analytical skill
