Job Description

Position Overview

  • Digital Coordinator – Responsible for managing various digital platforms, coordinating online marketing campaigns, managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of platforms, including email, web, and supporting digital projects within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives

Key Responsibilities

Digital Platform Management:

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
  • Oversee social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor website and social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with web developers, designers, and content creators to implement website updates and enhancements.

Online Marketing Campaign Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Create and deploy email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and tracking of results.
  • Assist in the creation of digital advertising materials, such as banners, landing pages, and ad copy.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Generate engaging content for digital platforms, including short videos, website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content requirements and approvals.

Digital Project Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital projects, such as website redesigns, app development, and digital tool implementations.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide support for testing, troubleshooting, and user training during project implementation phases.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform future digital marketing strategies and tactics

Skills and Knowledge:

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

  • Excellent typography skills and design expertise, Creative thinking
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to develop engaging content for generating traffic.

Web Management:

  • Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles

Efficiency & planning:

  • Ability to create rules and establish/update procedures.
  • Creative and production processes understanding and can-do spirit in order to follow production deadlines

Teamwork & communication skills:

  • Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate and present layouts to stakeholders.
  • Understanding the creative process and working as a team member in order to develop the best results

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, website management, and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
