About Job 

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team and be responsible for organizing and managing the delivery of new business capabilities and solutions across various business process areas focusing on Analytics, AI & ML use cases. They will be responsible for Demand Management Execution, managing vendors for delivery of solutions in the respective areas, ensuring successful service activation for delivery solutions, and managing vendors to ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment of the solutions in the respective areas.


  • Leads the key stakeholders toward successful epics, features, and project delivery
  • Ensures that customers’ needs are understood, expectations are managed, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved or exceeded
  • Demonstrates active learning with ownership and consistently applied technical/functional competence
  • Works proactively with internal customers and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Achieves sustainable results with vendors: planning, contracting, deliverable monitoring, multiple vendor integration, smooth transition to support
  • Shares/transfers knowledge/information/expertise across the team and 3rd party vendors to ensure team members and counterparts are strong experts with sufficient knowledge and understanding of the specific CCH Business Processes and solutions
  • Identifies and manages dependencies between Application Management Services (AMS) and epics and projects delivery
  • Proactively works with AMS team to prevent and resolve major Crisis in the area of BDAA RGM use cases
  • Acts as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in the BDAA RGM area. Manages successfully the delivery of New Business Functionality Initiatives and Roll Outs, through effective collaboration with Vendors:
  • Preparation & Planning – Budget, Resources, Scope, Risks, Timing
  • Execution – Daily tasks, Cost, Customer expectations, Communication & Reporting
  • Manage multiple epics and projects in parallel
  • Collaborates with the Product Manager and Country teams on Demand Management.
  • Vendor Management for delivery services in the BDAA RGM area
  • Vendor Management, incl. Selection, Negotiations
  • Proactive work with Vendors to ensure meeting business objectives and expectation
  • Plans, prepares, and manages operational service review meetings, and escalations, proposes improvements and follows up on their implementation status
  • Identifies risks (time risks, resource risks, interdependencies, etc.) and manages the risk mitigation actions in the area of responsibility
  • Ensures compliance with Internal Control Framework (ICF) and internal policies


  • University Degree in a relevant area
  • Min 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong project management skills, knowledge, and experience with New Business Functionality projects
  • Strong vendor management skills, knowledge, and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration
  • Qualifications and certifications in the areas of Project Management, Agile, and Scrum, SAFe
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Azure cloud, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics
  • Experience managing Data Engineering and Data Science teams on Machine Learning / AI projects
  • FMCG business process awareness
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • English proficiency
