We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing leads, facilitating sales calls, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead to customer. You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with potential customers and guiding them through the sales process to ultimately close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage email follow-up sequences to nurture leads and provide them with valuable information about our products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and conduct sales calls with potential customers.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for leads, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques and product knowledge to overcome objections and convince prospects to make a purchase.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transaction process for customers, whether they purchase directly through our website or via phone with the assistance of a sales representative.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products or services.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer success, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
