  • This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship building, and a proactive approach to capitalize on market trends and opportunities.


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s market presence.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and foster repeat business.
  • Create compelling business proposals and presentations that showcase the company’s capabilities, value proposition, and unique selling points.
  • Customize presentations to address the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through successful business development initiatives and effective sales campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies.
  • Enhance the company’s position in the market through effective communication of its value proposition.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 6 years of business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
