The Business Analyst is responsible for providing strategic and administrative support to Fulfilment Division Leadership; preparing strategic documents, presentations, and reports and managing meetings for the division.
The Business Analyst also provides strategic support to the division through Research, Market Intelligence, and Project Management.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Support
Provide strategic support to Fulfilment Division leadership;
Support in the preparation of strategic documents for the division
Collation and preparation of presentation for Performance review in conjunction with Fulfilment
Division leadership
Preparation of presentations for Sales Pitches.
Business Analysis and Reporting
Carry out market and consumer research and present findings to PSM leadership
Preparation of presentations and market insight reports
Design, implementation and analysis of annual customer survey.
Administrative Support
Organize and moderate meetings for the Fulfilment division
Coordinate the Secretariat of the Division which includes capturing minutes of
meetings, document control/archiving etc
Follow up with team members on action points from Meetings and other PSM deliverables
Organization of PSM Divisions Monthly Performance Review and Strategy Sessions
Provide Executive Assistance to the office of ED, Fulfilment.
Compliance and Process Improvement
Support the drive for compliance to QMS ISO9001:2015 standards in the Division; implement proper documentation procedure, SOP compliance and report collation.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
Relevant professional certification from a recognized body.
Experience
Minimum of four years of experience in Office Administration, security operations or client services.
Strong knowledge of project management would be an advantage.
