Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Secretary. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. As a Bilingual Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and assisting with various tasks
Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence in Chinese and English, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Translating documents and communications from Chinese to English and vice versa
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with office organization and filing
- Handling inquiries and requests from clients and colleagues
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment
