Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Maintain office filing system.
- Order office supplies.
- Record and track expenses.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
