  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must reside within Ondo.
