- Provide technical guidance and support to the workshop team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the metal construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in metal construction.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in metal construction and project management are a plus.
