Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements.
- Perform monthly. quarterly. and annual accounting activities.
- Conduct detailed analyses of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices on or before the due date.
- Create a Google survey to track expenses.
- Liaise with the Company’s Accounting & Tax consultants to ensure employees monthly PAYE are remitted and annual Tax filings are completed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards
Requirements:
- BSc. in Accounting. business administration or a similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software like Quickbooks and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
