PURPOSE
This is an opportunity for individuals interested in acquiring technical abilities and competencies in flour milling operations.
During the 2 years of training, successful candidates will be provided with comprehensive milling operations, machine designs, plant operations and milling techniques.
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES
- Learn basic milling processes, milling techniques, design and plant operations.
- Identify engineering tools and know their respective uses.
- Know and understand the work structure.
- Execute basic maintenance tasks.
- Identify and understand basic workplace safety.
- Understand basic workshop practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess manual dexterity for technical and hands-on work.
- Willingness to work in the milling production factory.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be a good team player who can work cooperatively and effectively with others.
