- We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Resort Operations Manager, where you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Manage staff, schedules, and budgets.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract more visitors.
- Ensure the resort complies with safety, health, and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc, HND/ OND.
- Proven experience in managing a resort, hotel, or similar establishment (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resolving operational challenges.
- Passion for tourism and the hospitality business.
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of hospitality trends and standards.
