Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct customers to the appropriate pharmacy staff for assistance.
- Assist pharmacists in organizing and processing prescription orders.
- Manage prescription pick-up and drop-off procedures.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate and organized medication inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
- Arrange and organize pharmacy shelves to optimize product visibility.
- Keep the pharmacy area clean and well-maintained.
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a retail or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
