Job Description:
As an Operations Officer at Vortex, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of conducting interviews for full-time affiliate bankers, overseeing their performance, and ensuring that they meet targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of full-time affiliate bankers who drive product adoption, account openings, sales enablement, loan origination, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Interview Process: Conduct interviews for full-time affiliate bankers to ensure the selection of qualified candidates who can achieve our business goals.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of full-time affiliate bankers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of affiliate bankers, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to improve performance and meet targets.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with affiliate bankers to drive customer engagement strategies, including product adoption and sales enablement.
- Loan Origination: Oversee loan origination processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance and operational activities, presenting findings to senior management.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets and resources effectively to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the financial industry and banking operations is a plus.
