Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our spa team. This role requires a deep understanding of the wellness and spa industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase spa/ salon clientele and revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, packages, and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bsc/ HND in any field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the spa or salon industry.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for the wellness and spa industry.
Salary
- N150,000 per month.
