About Job
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building fintech products. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in React Typescript and have a proven track record in large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the frontend development team, providing technical expertise and mentorship.
- Architect and design scalable, modular, and maintainable frontend solutions.
- Implement complex features and functionalities with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic
- Optimize front-end applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Diagnose and fix bugs, addressing issues related to browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for frontend code, architectures, and processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Proficiency with React and NextJS.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Strong understanding of layout aesthetics.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building fintech products.
- Expertise in React Typescript.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering/Development, or a related discipline.
