Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Take dictation and minutes.
  • Maintain office filing system.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Record and track expenses.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
