Collaborate with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to develop customized agronomic plans and solutions tailored to specific needs and conditions.
Conduct soil tests, analyze results, and make recommendations for soil amendments and corrective actions.
Stay informed about advancements in agricultural technology, equipment, and practices, and incorporate innovative approaches into agronomic strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in field trials, crop management, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of soil fertility, and agricultural systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
