Ascentech is currently hiring a talented Female Quantity Surveyor to join their esteemed organization.
Female Quantity Surveyor:
- Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly
- Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Management: Effectively manage and control costs throughout the project life cycle, ensuring budget adherence and cost efficiency.
- Quantity Takeoffs: Conduct accurate quantity takeoffs and estimations to support project planning and procurement activities.
- Contract Administration: Assist in the administration of construction contracts, reviewing terms and conditions to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Project Budgeting: Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage project budgets, providing accurate and timely financial information.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential cost variations, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Tendering Process: Participate in the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents and analysis of submitted bids.
- Vendor Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including cost reports, quantity survey records, and contractual correspondence.
