Warehouse Manager:
- Locations: Lagos and Abuja (FCT)
- Salary: N250,000 – N350,000 monthly

Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership in warehouse operations in both Lagos and Abuja.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve set targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team efficiency and competence.
- Inventory Control:
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular stock assessments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Coordinate the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize order processing workflows.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay updated on international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards in all warehouse activities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.
- Regularly review and update warehouse policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on export parts.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
