Job Description:

Core Job Functions:

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepareand verify payment instructions.
• Reconcilebank balances to ensure effective control over the financial information.
• Prepareand check sales quotations/invoices.
• Review, compare, analyze, and approveproducts and services to be purchased.
• Manageinventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintain and updatesupplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Research and evaluateprospective suppliers.
• Preparebudgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Qualification, Experience and Performance

• BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience performing a similar or related role.

Competency and Skills Requirements:

• Have excellent computer skills with a good grasp and knowledge of MS office suite.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented diverse environment.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Have personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.

Salary:

N80,000 Monthly (subject to increase on good performance upon confirmation) plus other attractive benefits.
