Nenu (a social enterprise that is helping households gain access to clean cooking solutions) seeks the services a highly-technical and qualified Production Associate to join its team. In this position, your primary duties will include planning and overseeing our production process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes.
• Draw up production schedule.
• Design and monitor production budget ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Determine production resources requirements.
• Work with the general manager to set quality standard and implement quality-control programs.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Report production bottlenecks and make valuable suggestion to the General manager.
• Report production material inventory.
• Report Finished goods inventory.
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
• Review worker performance.
• Identify training needs for the production team.

Requirements

• MBA/ BSc/ HND in engineering or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of managing production processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
