Job Description:
We are seeking meticulous and adaptable customer care agents who will interact with customers on behalf of our organization. In this role, you will be required to attend to all customer inquiries, interacting with customers and providing them with information in response to their inquiries about our products, in a friendly, polite, professional and timely manner. You will prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions. Based on these feedbacks, you will give recommendations to the company to help improve our customers’ experiences.
Successful candidate should be passionate about building sustainable business relationships and providing outstanding customer service at Superior Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
Requirements
- BSc/HND (Biological sciences or Human/Animal health sciences)
- No previous work experience required
- Great communication skills
- Soft spoken with excellent diction
- Attentiveness and patience
- Time-management and multi-tasking skills
- High integrity index
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Must live within Ajao Estate and its environ
