Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Growth Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Growth Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive the growth of our online presence and increase our customer base. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a proven track record of implementing successful digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  2. Drive website traffic and user acquisition: Implement strategies to attract and convert potential customers into loyal users. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that drives traffic and generates leads.
  3. Analyze and optimize campaigns: Use data-driven insights to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-backed decisions for continual improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to achieve growth targets.
  4. Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Implement A/B testing and other CRO tactics to improve conversion rates at various stages of the customer journey, from initial engagement to conversion and retention.
  5. SEO and content optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure that the website and other digital assets are optimized for search engines. Identify relevant keywords and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  6. Social media management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive website traffic. Monitor social media performance and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
  7. Email marketing campaigns: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers. Ensure email content is relevant, personalized, and aligns with the overall marketing objectives.
  8. Monitor industry trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Proactively identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to achieve growth goals.
