- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees who will engage with creator accounts, ensuring candidates possess the necessary charm, communication skills, and sales expertise to enhance subscriber experiences and drive revenue.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support the unique appeal of each creator and tailor interactions to match the creator’s style and audience preferences.
- Maintain a detailed record of employee interactions and performance, using this data to improve team engagement strategies, content suggestions, and overall effectiveness.
- Facilitate collaboration between content creators, marketing teams, and other staff to ensure awareness and adaptation to the latest trends and promotional tactics in the content industry.
- Manage inquiries and feedback from both internal and external stakeholders with discretion and professionalism, ensuring a respectful and engaging environment.
- Utilize CRM and other HR management tools to oversee staff data, tracking metrics related to engagement, performance, and outcomes.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to ensure all team members are informed about the evolving landscape of content creation, fan engagement, and promotional strategies.
- Serve as a bridge between staff and management, advocating for employee needs and contributing to the creation of a positive workplace culture.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
