Reporting to the Managing Director or his delegate, the successful candidate will:
Help develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity in our company’s operations.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless cooperation among departments and promoting a culture of innovation, creative thinking, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Drive the execution of business plans, achieving set goals and targets.
Analyze market trends and the supply chain landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
A minimum of a second-class upper in Business Management, Social Sciences, Engineering or a relevant field, from one of Nigeria’s universities.
An MBA from a top university is highly desirable for this position.
A proven track record of success in a similar leadership role, in a related capacity.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, talent management, finance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Our ideal candidate should be under the age of 35.
