Job Details
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Receive phone calls and reply to messages
- Converse and convert customers through all our social media platforms
- Attend to Walk-in and Online customers
- Please take pictures and videos of our products for marketing to customers
- Do presentations on products and how to use them.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Receive and process customer orders
- Post on our social media accounts
- Readiness to learn.
- An energetic, happy, and playful personality is preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must reside in Ikeja and its environment
Requirements
- A minimum of OND
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role
