Job Description/Requirements


  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and B2B customers in the plastic industry to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory or industry vertical.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company &s plastic products, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate these to prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and potential threats.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations that address customer requirements and differentiate the company’s offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing to secure profitable deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales, preferably within the plastic industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
