Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production activities to meet quality and efficiency targets
- The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of Production of company’s food products.
- Coordinate with production team members to ensure timely completion of orders
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for raw material procurement
- Implement and enforce safety and quality control procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Maintain production records and prepare reports on production metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience in a production outfit will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with quality management systems and safety regulations
