About Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to manage various aspects of daily life, including scheduling appointments, managing social media accounts, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication, time management, and social media marketing skills.

Position Overview: As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Creative Director in various administrative and organizational tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. In addition to traditional personal assistant duties, this role will also involve managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and Twitter, to enhance online presence engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content for Instagram and Twitter, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and tone.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and engaging with followers.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to the Creative Director.

Content Creation:

  • Generate creative and engaging content, including posts, stories, and tweets, to attract and retain followers.
  • Generate leads and convert them to buyers through content marketing
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to brainstorm ideas and develop compelling content that aligns with business objectives.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, both personal and professional, including classes, meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Living in Ibadan is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Twitter, and familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Creative thinking and content creation abilities, with a passion for storytelling and engaging with audiences.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and social media analytics tools.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive situations.
  • Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Creativity and adaptability.
