Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Typing, filing, preparing, and collating reports
Organizing and servicing meetings
Managing database and prioritizing workload
Implementing new procedures and administrative system
Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
Coordinating mail shots and similar publicity tasks
Logging or processing bills or expenses
Requirement
Working experience as a secretary in a reputable company with a minimum of 2 years experience
First Degree or equivalent in Secretariat Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or any related fields
Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
