    • Prepare outgoing mails by drafting correspondences.
    • Serving as the face of the church, offering friendly services to visitors and guests, greeting and welcoming at the front Desk and managing the flow of traffic in the office
    • Manage the Building log of who is entering and exiting the building
    • Answer questions, attend to enquiries and complains from visitors and guests
    • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
    • Receive incoming mails, checking, sorting and treating accordingly
    • Receive letters, packages and other deliveries and organize them to be distributed to the right recipients of same
    • To manage outgoing mails and packages for pick ups
    • Responsible for reservations of Hotel or Guest House accommodation for
    • Church Guests and the checking in and out of same.
    • Planning from beginning to the end, official travels for church staff, particularly those outside Lagos and that are traveling by air, arranging airport pick-up and drop off.
    • Schedule appointments for the National Overseer and the Resident Pastor, as well as other relevant office staff.
    • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
    • Handle filing and data entry when requested
    • Provide secretariat support for all staff and church volunteers and departments as needed. E.g., providing basic DATA ENTRY services.
    • Provide support to the PA to the Lead Pastor on counseling days in directing and coordination counselees
    • Support the CA in providing refreshment during LCC, staff meetings and other church level meetings
    • Setting up and handling a BOOK STAND during office hours, counseling days, and during all church services and events to provide our church resource materials for sale to church members and outsiders: books, Healthy Living Newsletters, CVDs, CDs, MP3s, MP4s, flash-drives, etc.
    • Manage the kitchen, dining room and conference rooms to ensure that they are well kept and made ready whenever these locations are to be used. Also keep and maintain kitchen equipment (stove, blender, juicer, water purifier, etc.), plates, cutlery, etc. and make them available for use when needed.
    • Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
    • Report primarily to the Church Administrator.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 3 – 4 years relevant work experience.
