Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring prompt and accurate relay of messages.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Support with personal tasks and errands to improve the executive’s availability for high-level responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Driving Skills with a valid driver’s license
  • Must reside within the Egbeda/Iyana Ipaja Axis
