Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the executive team.
- Manage the executive’s daily schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and handle them appropriately.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Conduct research, gather data, and create presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Act as a point of contact between the executives, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, files, and databases.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of HND degree in related Field.
- Minimum of 4 years Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities concurrently.
- Experience providing support to senior-level executives.
- Experience with travel and calendar management.
- Experience coordinating and organizing events.
- Experience conducting research and preparing reports/presentations.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
