We are seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating high-level concepts into engaging visual content across various platforms. The Graphics Designer & Social media manager will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively.

Responsibilities 

 Graphic Design:

  • Develop visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to, social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Create and design graphics for website content, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing online presence.
  • Generate original ideas and concepts, contributing to the overall creative process.

Branding:

  • Ensure consistency in branding across all visual elements, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create materials that align with the brand image and messaging.

Multimedia Content:

  •  Design and produce multimedia content, including infographics, videos, and animations, to enhance the user experience.
  • Work with the marketing team to create visually compelling presentations for various purposes.

Stay Updated:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design capabilities.
  • Research and incorporate current design trends into projects to maintain a modern and relevant visual presence.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Generate engaging and creative content, including text, image, and video-based posts, that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and complaints.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and insights to optimize content strategy, improve engagement, and drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor competitors’ social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
