Job Summary

Boston Training Institute is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Promoter/Content Developer to join our team. As a Brand Promoter, you will play a crucial role in representing our institute and promoting our training programs to prospective students and industry partners. This position requires a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey the value of our offerings

Responsibilities:

  • Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase awareness and interest in Boston Training Institute’s programs.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, such as career fairs, industry conferences, and school visits, to showcase our institute and engage with potential students.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and community organizations to expand our network and reach.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials to highlight the benefits of our training programs and attract prospective students.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and outreach efforts, and follow up with prospective students to provide information and guidance.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, admissions counselors, and faculty members to align promotional efforts with overall institute goals and objectives.
  • Provide a positive image for the Company’s products & services offered.
  • Organize and attend Publicity Events for the company.
  • Responsible for creating and showcasing Social Media Content
  • Responsible for advertising Company’s product, blogging about industry-related topics and promoting content on social media.
  • Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
  • Maintain an organized file of all paperwork for each event.
  • Creating, sharing content, and responding to online reviews
  • Participating in awareness and publicity programs shows as a company spokesperson.
  • Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Network and build trusting relationships with Partners of Boston Training Center
  • Monitor online comments and respond or forward to the Management.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events
  • Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas to Management.
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests.
  • Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities.
  • Thoroughly understand company’s products and services to inform potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Ordinary National Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or promotions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education and commitment to promoting lifelong learning.
