Job Description

Mediflex Industries PVT Limited is a Manufacturing Company that is involved in the manufacturing of quality medical consumables like medical hand-gloves, face masks and other supplies used in hospitals, laboratories and medical outfits. They are recruiting to fill the position below:

 Accountant

  • Location: Abuja (FCT)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years cognate post NYSC experience in similar Accounting role.
  • Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
  • Application Deadline  8th January, 2024.

Qualification: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Financial Accounting or related fields
  • MBA is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  1. Record Retention:
    • Take charge of retaining historical accounting and legal records, ensuring safe storage and quick accessibility of information when needed.
  2. Management Reporting:
    • Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly management reports tailored for senior management use, providing valuable insights.
  3. Financial Data Verification:
    • Scrutinize invoices, vouchers, purchase orders, delivery notes, and other documents to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of financial data.
  4. Data Entry:
    • Daily entry of financial transactions and stock records into the accounting package, maintaining an up-to-date and accurate financial database.
  5. Payroll Management:
    • Prepare and manage payroll, including all relevant statutory deductions, ensuring timely remittance to the relevant authorities.
  6. Tax Compliance:
    • Assume responsibility for the monthly and annual filing of relevant taxes, facilitating the issuance of both staff and company tax clearance certificates.
