Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with organizational business goals.
  • Execute campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns.
  • Design and oversee the digital marketing department, including marketing database, email, and social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Plan and manage social media accounts, YouTube channels, and other platforms.
  • Oversee the distribution of content on all platforms.
  • Create marketing materials such as case studies, references, and client quotes.
  • Track and calculate content ROI, conduct content audits, and develop strategies for content success.
  • Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Increase subscribers on YouTube and followers on all social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of content marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience in planning and managing social media accounts.
