Job Description
- Job Title: Virtual Assistant
- Location: Lagos (Island preferred),
Nigeria (Remote Work) - Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling email correspondence
- Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and digital files
- Conduct research, data entry, and other tasks as assigned
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware
- Lagos (Island preferred) residency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Customer Service & Call Center Support
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
- Data analysis and reporting skills
