About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective UI/UX designs.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Design UI elements and build UX workflows for digital products (web and mobile applications)
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Collaborate with UI developers and product teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (3+ years)
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience with interaction design and information architecture
- Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices
- Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries
- Understanding of analytics and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
