Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation:Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Community Engagement:Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering conversations to build brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
  • Campaign Management:Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all channels.
  • Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns and managing brand presence.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Salary

N110,000 / Month.
