Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, international development, education, or public administration. Additional certifications or training in program management, fundraising, or related areas would be an advantage.
5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in non-profit organizations program management roles and a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing programs that drive impactful change.
