Manage the overall coordination, including the research, development, and distribution of PowerPoint presentations to executive management for key marketing initiatives under the direction of the Director.
Lead integrated marketing communication and creative/campaign planning, development, and execution for all company products, including messaging communications, advertising, direct marketing, etc.
Create and manage the monthly/annual marketing plan for a subset of the corporate and Real Estate markets.
Conduct market research to increase the understanding of the market as a whole and/or certain segments, in conjunction with the Sales and Customer care departments.
Organize and attend industry-related events, conferences, and summits for networking, lead generation, and deal-closing.
Contribute to the overall sales collateral program.
Track lead generation and ROI for designated marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Self Motivated & Team Oriented
Must be a go-getter, and have the ability to work with little or no supervision
Must possess solid networking, marketing, and negotiating skills
Experience in Sales and/or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND with relevant experience.
