Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the purchase or sale process from contract to closing.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents, customer service, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Providing guidelines and guidance to clients on the application of procedures, and monitoring tasks and projects.
- Maintaining accurate information on the company’s website, designing promotional Web, and tracking marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of success in closing real estate transactions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with local market trends and neighborhoods.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
