Job Description

  • Job Role: Remote Senior Customer Support Specialist
  • Company: Evan Alexander Grooming
  • Salary: $500 – $900 / month
  • Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Work Hours: Eastern Standard Time – 9 AM – 5 PM (Tuesday – Saturday)

Requirements

• 3-5 years in customer support, ideally in grooming, beauty, or personal care industries.
•Exceptional problem-solving skills for managing complex and escalated issues.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
•Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms and an ability to quickly learn new systems.
•A passion for grooming and beauty products, with the capacity to rapidly acquire detailed product knowledge.
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment.
•A genuine desire to enhance the customer experience.
