Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field
- 1 – 3 years proven experience teaching English Literature, preferably in an online setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles, ages, and skill levels
- Strong knowledge of literary theories, criticism, and pedagogy
