Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules, equipment maintenance, and inspections.
- Implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and manage resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Investigate production issues and determine the materials, equipment and manpower requirements for project execution.
Qualifications:
- HND/BSc in Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in skincare/cream production.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Integrity, reliability, and commitment to quality.
