A dynamic media and communications company is looking for a passionate and experienced People Operations Executive to join our growing team.In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and employee experience. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR initiatives, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR technology platforms (including HRIS systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
N400,000
