Job Summary 

  • Lead, direct, and manage operations across the organization.


  • Design and implementation of operational work plans and budgets.
  • Recruitment and management of service staff and resources to achieve required service response, quality, and cost performance indicators.
  • Management and monitoring of services budgets including analysis, reporting, and action on variances.
  • Development and oversight of staff appraisal and supervision systems in line with required competencies.
  • Resolving performance issues among staff engaged in services.
  • Monitoring performance against targets and deliverables for all contracts including performance of any sub-contractors.
  • Providing input to Finance and project service manager regarding contract income. Financial tracking and monitoring of contract income (with Finance and Project Services Manager).
  • Maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Attend Technical/Review Meetings for contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Manage relationships with partners, sub-contractors, and vendors.
  • Responsible for ensuring all monitoring reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner, including from sub-contractors.
  • Submission of monthly Contracts Management reports for internal senior management decision-making.
  • Ad hoc reports as requested by the CEO.
  • Represent the organization at external events
  • Attend Business development meetings.
  • Promote the organization’s services through deliberate marketing meetings.
  • Meet legislative and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the values are upheld across the organization.
  • Carry out duties in accordance with the organization’s principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead on the development and monitoring of quality assurance system.
